Include major events that include most of the major countries such as the Crimean War, Franco-Prussian War, Industrial Revolution events such as the World's Fair, Olympics. (must cover all six areas/countries)

10% Written recognition from each country in memo form

20% Variety of Material-Is it representative of a newspaper in that it has comic strips, puzzles, editorials, adds, articles, etc?

20% Presentation-Is it neat, colorful, enticing, attracting someone to read it? Does it reflect your country - language- culture...
